Carroll, a native of Gonzales, has been a Texas Real Estate Broker for 35 years plus. During his career, he coached in the San Marcos Independent School District, served Southwest Texas State University as Director of Admissions and School Relations for 10 years and again as Executive Director of the Texas State University Development Foundation for 15 years.

From 1979 to 1989, Carroll was president of Carroll Wiley and Associates, a real estate firm specializing in Wimberley and the Texas Hill Country. He is past president of the Rotary Club of San Marcos.

I absolutely love being a REALTOR! I pride myself in being aggressive on behalf of my clients but I don’t believe in pushing people into doing something that’s not right for them. I’d rather lose a sale than see someone make a decision they’re not going to be comfortable with in the future. After all, satisfied clients are a REALTOR’s best advertisement!
